For software products: during the first year after your purchase moment, I’ll do my best to help you out with any technical questions about the software.
If you are still not happy with your product, you can always switch your (software) product into any other product on GeorgesDeals.com (in the same price range).

For info products (i.e. training courses): you’ll get all the information as described on the sales pages. Unfortunately, you can’t “give back knowledge”. That’s why I never give refunds on info products. That said, if you are not happy with your info product, please contact me, and again, we’ll probably find a way to get you happy again.
